This is a solid product with the basic features I needed. The foam inside the case is dense, but due to the fact that the slots in it are deep, it can sometimes be difficult to get some accessories out of the case. While notch depth can be an inconvenience, it's not the end of the world, and if you need to measure curves, it does the job just fine. When measuring compound curves or splines, you need to make multiple measurements. Also make sure you have a high quality reference surface and zero it every time as larger diameter fixtures require fairly high accuracy.
