I have ordered both Slim Sport and Thermal in Slim. I'm 160 pounds and 5ft 10in, perfect for me. I didn't want a tight compression fit. This works best for me. Described as grippy but not tight I hope to wear both types now and am very happy with what I've experienced with some other shirt makers of this type - Sizing charts are confusing at best and some are just plain wrong but Devops is at the forefront. Well what Devops can improve on is so when you buy their products you have to buy colors in a predefined selection and I would order more but I don't need another black which seems to have all or most of their packages with black plus one or two other colors depending on whether you buy 2 or 3 packs
