The card works perfectly. Plug and Play in Win10. Response to plugging in the Oculus Link cable.

I don't understand all the comments about the need for drivers. My card works right out of the box. No drivers were required for my Windows 10 installation. Just plug in and get started. I also have an Oculus Quest 2 and use the official Oculus Link cable. The reason the Oculus Link cable isn't fully inserted into the card's USB-C port isn't because of the card. The reason the connection doesn't "click" in the connector is because the casing around the Oculus Link cable's USB-C connection is so thick that it hits the casing of the casing and prevents the USB C-connector is fully inserted into the port. USB-C card slot. Other USB-C cables I have that don't have a thick casing (like the USB-C cable that comes with the MacBook) connect fully to the card with one click. This is because the body of the cord does not touch the skin of the body. I wish the Oculus Link cable didn't have such a thick end. To solve this problem, you can use the L-shaped end of the Oculus Link cable to connect to the USB-C card port and the straight end to the Oculus Link. The L-shaped end of the Oculus Link cable fully connects to the USB-C card port.
