Should have done this a year ago. As a TeleMental Health provider, I spend a lot of time in front of my laptop. The laptop has been sitting at the edge of my desk with cables coming from the front (and my chair constantly running over cables) all year, a tangled mess. This stand took 2 seconds to assemble, and is extremely solid and sturdy for my 15 inch laptop. The "pink" color is pretty much rose gold. matches my rose gold iphone and ipad. I had an external keyboard from a few years ago that I pulled out and plugged in. it fits perfectly under the laptop stand when not in use (and is saving the keys from wearing out on my laptop), and I just pull it forward when I am working. The cables are now threaded behind the desk and through the openings at the back of the stand so they are totally out of the way. The height is perfect. I can now look straight ahead instead of down. meaning a lot less headaches at night. And. best. my new iPad can now sit on the desk in front of me (rather than me squirming to the side to try to use it), so now I can see my clients on camera while typing notes on my iPad at the same tme, which they can NOT see. Such a simple inexpensive solution to a year long problem. a definite game changer!
