The platform has been very easy for my team to get up in running and understand! It was one less piece we had to purchase or pay our employees to use compared to other software out there.
I would like it if they could add an "outage report" that lists when something goes wrong so you can contact them about why your request did not go through right away but this does NOT happen often at all for us as far as requests are concerned!! Not much yet - just have seen some benefits from using AW though the process takes time (it seems). Have increased scheduling flexibility by being able to schedule people in different states than where they currently live which makes things easier since I am located here now instead of traveling back home every week.
