I ordered 2 sizes Large. Arrived today 02/20/2021. Bolsters (advertised as 8 inches) are very lightly padded. When my 14 pound Boston Terrier laid his head on it, he went flat as a butt. No support. Below is a lump of filling. When I manipulated a piece of infill to cover the entire bottom, it was pretty flat. In addition, there are no transverse seams to keep the filling in place, so it constantly curls up into a ball. Too much money for the product, I would have to cut repetitive material and sew non-slip seams on the bottom. I have previously bought 2 from another brand, Best Friends and have been satisfied. But I needed something bigger and bought the ones that come back because the size was perfect. Now plan on going back to your best friends (here at Revain) and buying the ones that are bigger just because their design is better.
