BUYERS BEWARE IF YOU HAVE AN HP PRINTER! I bought a set of 2 black Greenbox 63XL cartridges for my HP OfficeJet printer because my printer was running low on ink. Revain's listing specifically states that my printer is compatible with these Green Box cartridges. However, when the black cartridge had to be replaced, the return period had expired. When I replaced the cartridge, the printer returned an error code "Incompatible Ink Cartridge" and the printer stopped working. I read the reviews and found that another buyer complained about this issue and the seller provided a fake website to contact for instructions so this was useless. I called the phone number listed in the seller's profile and after several attempts there was no answer and there was no answering machine to leave a message. Waste of time and money!
