Thank god the problem is solved. Finally the flow of water stopped. The next replacement should be a tank. Started with replacing all the filters including the membrane. All canisters cleaned/sanitized and ensured all clean pipes and fittings are in the correct places and secure. It didn't help. That's how it should have been at ASV, I opened it and found a diaphragmatic hernia. Ok, replace it. I thought that was it. Not correct. Then check the valve. I blew on one end and it seems normal. So what now? Tank pressure 7 when empty. The total was 40 and keeps. That was good. In any case replace the stupid non-return valve. Bingo. Apparently you have to blow really really hard when they say you have to blow into the check valve to check this or your cheeks will fail. If the air, I mean whisper of air, got through, that was enough to keep the check valve closed (pressure wouldn't build) and allow the drain water to flow. I hope I don't have to go through this for at least 5 years.
