I have a 2000 watt 48 volt wind turbine that produces less than 48 volts at lower wind speeds (in most cases) so this inverter does not produce watts for lower wind speeds Tensions in general until they get significantly higher. The problem is that the next lower model (1000 watts), which corresponds to the typical voltage of a 2000 watt turbine, only handles 1000 watts, which is confusing. Another problem is that the output cable has a very thin wire, making it difficult to connect a thicker wire over long distances. Overload isolators come off quite easily. I haven't seen the fans work yet, so they either don't work at all or the unit is efficient enough not to need them too often. Not sure yet. I still don't understand if a 1000w inverter is suitable for a 2000w wind turbine.
