I bought it and cut it in half to hide the tear in our leather sofa along the edge where the wood was sticking out, I did pulled the filling over the wood and glued a patch to the corner edge, the problem is it's a horizontal edge below the front edge where the cushions go so we sat on it and pulled the skin too tight and peeled off the glue. I stretched it out and under the dissolved plaster there was a sticky mess. I felt our own weight pulling on the skin. So I bought a second set, and this time I didn't cut it, but first weighted down the pillow and patched it in place. It's been running for about 3 weeks now. Looks the same as original leather and is invisible to the naked eye unless you bring your face close to it. Worth every penny! Just read the instructions and be generous with the size.
