First off, these headphones feel, fit and sound great. If you're on a PC or using a wired connection, they're probably great. However, when using an Xbox, they are severely limited in their functionality when connected via a 3.5mm plug. There is sound, the microphone works, but that's all. At this point they become very nice and very expensive basic headphones. The mute button does not work; Volume button not working Side channel monitoring is weak or absent. My old HyperX cloud headphones are better than these and half the price. I would recommend Xbox users to look at Arctis 9X or LucidSound LS345X instead. More features for about the same price.
