These boots are perfect for my mini dachshund so I can take him for a walk even in fairly cold winter weather. I love them and always buy several boxes so I have enough on hand. Without them (along with her cozy coat) she is unhappy. She can frolic in the snow in it. We couldn't work without them. Just keep an eye on your dog so you don't lose him along the way (after a while you'll learn to dress him up well enough to keep him in place) and let him dry completely between uses. (I leave mine in a heated entryway). My dog always does a little gallop when walking because he finds it more comfortable than a normal trot. Be patient when putting on and taking off your boots. (My dog now raises his little paw when I put it on or take it off.)
