I was a bit disappointed with the sizing. I ordered XS (4-5) for my petite 4 year old. They fit her, but barely. The seam under the elastic of the star pants has almost no stretch which makes the elastic almost useless as they are a little tight when you put them on. Once over her butt, they're fine, but it was annoying. The other 2 pairs fit better but the fit isn't the same as the 3rd. Lack of quality control? Also, the seat of the pants is oddly loose around the ankles, as if slightly flared. They're not exactly terrible, but if you have a medium sized child I'd probably go up a size. My daughter can still often wear size 3 pants, I was surprised they barely fit.
