There are several night lights in our big house, and they are all good for providing visibility in dark places at night. The other beast is way, way brighter than a typical LED night light, so bring a slide dimmer because it might be too much for some rooms. We use one in our back room where we often get paper products or other supplies at night. We have one in a long hallway, another in a large closet and another in the garage - all places that need more than a tiny light and manually turning the main light on and off for a few moments is a challenge. The color is a nice warm light, like a normal lightbulb.
