I've had this headset for almost a year now and at first thought it was a good start given the lower price. . I got it so I don't have to spend a lot of money if I don't like my new job that requires it to be used. I teach online classes and this headset is great! Fully compatible with Adobe Classroom which I use with Google Chrome. I've never had any technical issues on my side, that's for sure. The noise cancellation isn't the best, but the headphones are soft enough that I can easily wear them for long periods on my busy college days (yes, sometimes around 8 hours a day). They keep the temples of my glasses from digging into the sensitive skin behind my ears, which was one of my biggest problems initially. The cord is nice and long, so if I need to get a new pen or whatever, I can do it discreetly without accidentally shutting down the computer. The mute button is my lifesaver! Students just think I have a really quiet house because they don't see that it's disabled by the classroom controls. The button is the only thing that has worn out in the last year but is still fully functional. I just have to make sure I feel a slight click when I press it and check that the little light is blinking so I know it's really off before I start biting into a crunchy snack or a loud gulp of coffee. =P
