They look great, come in fun colors, freeze and bake with and rarely break. Can be washed in the dishwasher. Inside smooth, outside matt. For hot soups, cereal, ice cream, microwaveable leftovers - withstands very extreme temperatures. miracle or silicone. They hold approximately 2 1/2 cups (591 ml) of liquid. One caveat: They have a slight "rubber/silicone(?)" smell or outgassing even after multiple cycles of dishwasher rinsing, hand washing, and even cleaning with a 2:1 bleach mix. It's not as strong as in their liter jars, but still noticeable. Although for me it is not a decisive factor. Hopefully it will fade over time as I really enjoy using them and the kids love them too. Very cool product!
