Item arrived in good condition. The manufacturer's packaging was intact. However, after connecting to the 4-pin CPU FAN header, the BIOS indicated that the fan was only running at 960 RPM. Sometimes the RPMs jumped to 1600. I ended up replacing the fan with a full size 80mm fan. The company I bought it from didn't help. Another point. Attaching this heatsink to the motherboard is another point. You must remove and replace the original AMD processor heatsink clamp assembly. The nuts/bolts going through the motherboard (ASUS) are too small and the heatsink may slip a bit. However, it fits and seems to do a good cooling job.
