Not so good in Santoku knives

This knife was very sharp when delivered. I used it for the first time, meat and vegetables were cut easily and beautifully. The second time I used it, I found it boring. Couldn't cut the tomato like the first time. 3rd time using it was really boring. I had to send all 3 knives back. They have rust spots after being removed in the dishwasher. Tried to wash and dry, rusts more. I would not recommend buying these knives.
