Saw this item on Shark Tank. I was impressed by the protein to calorie ratio. Only 90 calories per 20g of protein. It's really adorable. I have never seen such low calorie protein. I mix almond milk with 30 calories. The taste is decent. It's not the best I've had, but it's not the worst either. I've been buying a bag every month for the past six months. I use it in the morning as a meal replacement. I'm sure it's not recommended as a meal replacement, but that's what I do and it has worked for me. The only downside I would say is that the packaging says to shake for 15-20 seconds. It takes a lot more shaking to fully dissolve. But for me personally worth every extra shake.
