Chopper works but feels weak like it's about to break although mine hasn't broken yet. The problem is on the salt side, as salt is harder than peppercorns. I gave it 4 stars because it still works, but I feel like the salt side could have used a harder metal rod inside so it doesn't twist or bend as much. Debriefing: Well, the inevitable happened a few months ago. and the side of the peppers is cut off inside. I can no longer grind peppers with this item. Probably not worth buying.
