Review on Saucony Cohesion Running Royal Black Men's Shoes in Athletic by Fock Dean

Bought these at 10 wide to replace my Saucony road shoes. I run 3.25 miles cross country every day. There is a good mix of conditions: loose sand, gravel, packed dirt, rock course, steep climbs and descents and around 0.50 pavement. These shoes worked very well for the first three days on this terrain. On the first day I posted my best result in three months. They have very good ventilation in the forefoot compared to my old Saucony shoes. I also like that in three days of running I haven't encountered any gravel or dirt stuck in the tread. So far happy with my purchase. My newest Sauconys lasted 600 miles before punctured, expecting them to do the same or better.
