I had a large bump on the side of my thigh that was covering the back of the hamstring from a previous injury. I've used this 4 times in a week and now it's so barely noticeable. I want to take before/after photos. It also helped flatten my tricep area. I'm not even sure if that's what it's supposed to be used for, but it works! so happy with this chance purchase. this is also good quality.
