Review on Credential Agent by Michael Custodio

I like being able to access all of my credential information in one place, as well as having it synced between multiple devices (mobile phone, tablet, laptop). The ability to have alerts set for when changes occur is helpful too! Sometimes it takes longer than expected for updates to show up in the system, which can be frustrating if you're expecting them. It's also sometimes difficult to get someone at the company to update their info with us because they don't seem to trust that we really need this info updated. We've been using this product since 2016 and haven't had any issues until now. However, there has not been any major incidents here either! This program allows me to keep track of our employees' background checks and make sure everything is correct. And if something does come up later down the road, it helps us.
