I bought these for a trip to Europe and tried them out a week in advance. You get three sizes of bags, the biggest one is very big and you could put some items in it. My main concern was that my knitted shirts and sweaters would come out wrinkled. Left them in the bag for several days, took them out and they were fine. I had a little trouble with my bulky cable knit sweaters (they are very thick). One side compressed and the other not so bad (and I've tried several times) hence the 4 stars. However, I'm glad I have them and know I can compress thinner, less bulky knits and they come out wrinkle-free. I haven't tried that with cotton shirts. I would recommend.
