Review on Enhance Power Stability with Tru-Tech VR166T Voltage Regulator by Black Croom

I have used this on a Ford IDI with a 1G 100 amp alternator. I've gone through several Motorcraft brand ESCs, they all failed on the first use, which is a bummer because they're expensive. Then I bought one of these and it worked. I bought another one and it worked too. Then I bought another one as a spare. These are blocks that are completely filled with epoxy resin. OEM Motorcraft is an empty shell with a tiny circuit board. Not that it should matter, but they all worked and the OEM didn't. And they cost less!
