One worked, one didn't work

Replacing a roller was spot on. The second reel change didn't work at all. We tested it from all angles and found that the piece of metal going down to the wheel was too long and was rubbing heavily on the edge of the wheel. This disturbed the rotation of the wheel. This could be easily recognized if they did some decent quality control after manufacturing and before packaging. I was able to bend the metal away from the wheel to use the roller. I really appreciate that the seller sent the goods immediately after ordering. I received it very quickly.
