PROS-Well packed for protection in transit. Designed for easy use and cleaning. Well made, chic design. CONS: Comes with technical instructions for use, but no cooking instructions, such as how to cook. B. How long to set the timer to toast a sandwich. I had to experiment with a timer to determine how long it would take to toast a grilled cheese sandwich. I only bought it for grilled cheese sandwiches and once I figure out the right time it does the job perfectly. I don't plan on making waffles with it as one waffle won't do. Happy with my purchase and looking forward to winter dinners of grilled cheese and tomato soup.
