It is great to have all of your leads in one place, so that you can easily access them at any time! I dislike how sometimes it takes too long for me to get an email from lead manager when someone submits their information or changes something about themselves online. Also, there are some features available with other tools (like Salesforce) which aren't included here - like the ability to create more than 10 contacts per account/contact list. Get this software if you're looking for a tool to track multiple types of contact info within one database system. We use Leadmanager because we need to keep our entire sales team organized into different lists depending upon what type of prospect they represent.
