Review on CoMagic by Eric Garron

It’s easy to use with lots of features including the ability to create calls or events, track leads through a pipeline and many other key functions in an intuitive user interface. The only way I can think it may be improved would be if they had more flexibility when using different modules within their system. Perhaps have options for multiple event types instead of just one? I am able to see where clients spend time across my account at each client location. This helps us understand how much lead generation we are generating from our website vs traditional marketing efforts such as cold calling or outbound sales appointments. I like how easy it was to set up, even if you're not very tech savvy! It's also pretty intuitive - which makes sense when they have been around for so long (since 2004!). There are some minor bugs here & there but nothing major or game-changing in my opinion since we haven't used this product extensively yet. We've only started using comagic recently after switching from another service provider with much less features than what their competitors offer today.
