I am 5ft 7in and weigh 136lbs and ordered size Small, Regular. they are assembled. With fleece underneath, they get cozy. With a light T-shirt, even with the jumpsuit straps, they are too short for my upper body and give me camel toes. I have a really long torso. but nothing special. The standard inseam is great. I would choose a medium size but it will be too big in the waist and I'm not sure if the upper body will be longer. The sizing chart says that size Large lengthens the inseam, but maybe not the torso? I am very sad because these are very high quality warm overalls. If you have a long torso, be sure to try them on in person before ordering online.
