Great all round system that can produce fantastic results
I have 2 similar systems which are less user friendly. It sets up quickly, holds the knife securely, and works well with everything from paring knives to a filleting knife 11. I make knives a lot, so go through whetstones quickly. Ordered diamond stones for longevity. The blades of my knives are the sharpest I have ever laid my hands on. All in all a great system. Would I order again or recommend to others.
