These mugs are perfect for all my little snack mugs. Having had surgery I can only eat so much at a time so portioning everything with these cups is very easy. I make all kinds of low-carb, sugar-free desserts, and then when I want something sweet, I can just grab a cup and give my sweet tooth something amazing. The smaller 2-ounce cups work great for this too, but I like to add my condiments, sauces, and other stuff and eats for my prep bowls. These mugs are useful for a variety of things. I love her!
