CeLaVi raincoats are very good for everyday use, are large enough to wear over clothing everyday in the winter months for almost 2 years with extendable straps and are still in good condition . in sufficient condition to be passed from generation to generation. With all raincoats, the straps wear out with regular use. I found them easy to upgrade by sewing on replacement straps and securing them with the appropriate plastic clips. Please note that due to the material, they should be line dried and never tumble dried. They can be machine washed, but I like to hand wash,
