**Update #2**The company sent a replacement to try to fix the issue (although it took a few emails). Overall it was excellent customer service which is why I am increasing it to 5 stars. ** To update **. This dehumidifier stopped working after 4 months. The fan works, it seems to work, but the coils won't cool down and no moisture is extracted from the air. I am currently in contact with customer service so I will return more than 1 star if this issue is resolved. We bought it about a month ago and the humidity is kept at about 40%. It draws about a gallon of water per day and doesn't make a noticeable difference in electric bills.
