I rarely write reviews but I'm angry - this phone deserves reviews. I've been using an iPhone for many years, but I chose the Samsung Galaxy A51 because it supposedly had the best camera, as it was comparatively cheaper and had more features. But the Samsung A51 is incredibly awkward to use. You have to long press the power button to turn it on and it takes forever.2. You need to hold down TWO buttons for a long time, then click on the "POWER OFF" icon, then click on another icon "POWER OFF" and then enter the login code - just to turn it off. If you don't get it just right, it won't turn off and restart, so you'll have to start over. Leaving it in non-powered mode will drain the battery faster. This is incredibly uncomfortable and completely unnecessary.3. Understand, you can't use the camera at all --> unless you've allowed the microphone to be on all the time! It's outrageous. (And that's one reason why anyone in their right mind should make sure this phone is turned off.) It could very well be that this requirement to spy on what's being said applies to other Samsung apps as well, although I do didn't check it. an unacceptable invasion of privacy and a security concern for any application that requires access to a microphone or camera unless it is logically necessary and the user is prepared for this potential invasion of privacy. At best, this should be an app-only option where appropriate, and only run while the app is in use. Of course, the dictation app needs access to the microphone - if the app is used. The Office application should not have a microphone. on the. It has to be a choice. The camera or photo app does not need access to the microphone. Digital spy apps like Siri, Alexi and Bixby etc. that listen to you and record your surroundings should be disabled by default on all devices. The existence of a digital gold aquarium is the polar opposite of privacy or security. Google should review the security features of its Android phones and apps and ensure that privacy is prioritized by default. Sansung should do the same. Governments (including the European Parliament) and businesses need to address this as no government or business official can be assured of privacy or data security when a microphone or camera can be constantly running in the background on their phone. ; and when applications require consent to access the microphone and/or camera that they don't need at all.4. I don't know why, but despite the ads and the supposedly high specs, the images (using the 48MP method) seem only marginally better than my old iPhone.
