What a difference. on my review.

I loved this packing tape dispenser. Easier to use than anything else I have bought. You asked me what I use gun for: All moving, work boxes and folders I send out. I thought it would be too big for my hand but it fits a small hand (5) too. The tape you used does not get wrinkles and I do not waste any. I should have bought this long-a-go.

Pros

A heavy duty tape gun.....will absorb normal abuse

Cons

Rolls of tape do not stay on this item. Keep looking - do not purchase this one.
