A couple years ago I tore the meniscus in my right knee. No surgery, just rest and in a few weeks I was back running. I aggravated the tear again and the orthopedic specialist said this will most likely continue to get aggravated. So I decided to look for a good cardio workout besides biking and swimming. Research led me to battle ropes. Further research led me to Perantlb battle ropes. They are very well made, priced competitively, extremely fluid from the start and provide a great strength workout along with the cardio. As you can see from the video I do not have the room for a home gym or longer ropes. The 2" x 30' ropes is perfect for my needs and provides an excellent cardio and strength workout.
