Review on 530401 Duplicating Duplicator Measuring Transfer by Richard Jarvis

Too big, too bulky for interior decoration

Really great idea but too big for most common uses. I see its value in the frame or rough carpentry work. And for the interior design? No way. This device is four times larger than it needs or should be. Consider measuring the inside cut in the baseboard, which is by far the most common need for inside corner cuts. If your home is like mine, not only are there many inside corners where the door frame is just a few inches from the corner, but the corner changes as you move farther from the corner due to the drywall corner design created by was left to most ( lazy, sloppy, .) carpenters. So there is a corner within the first 1/2 inch of the corner, and that corner differs by one inch and differs again by 1-1/2 inches. The only measurement that really matters is the measurement in the inside corner. This instrument is too large to measure with such precision and accuracy. I wish I had paid more attention to the sizes before purchasing.
