LOVE IT! "Maybe I need to buy another one!" They're so easy to use, you can even turn them on without the app. However, if you want more color and mode control, you definitely need to install it. Both connect to each other and are USB powered so setup for a PC is easy, but you can just get a small USB plug for an outlet, which I did. The downside is that both are interconnected. You have to make sure you use them together. The cords aren't exactly short, but definitely not long enough to be in another room. One track is also the "main" track, so manual controls are only available on that track. So you need to make sure it's connected before the others will work. There are a variety of color and animation modes, as well as a music mode that is muted by ambient noise. In my video I set the dynamic mode. My only gripe with this is that I want to set what specific colors are played for music mode as there are many options in non-music mode, but it's still amazing. Absolutely to recommend.
