A must at Knives & Tools
It seems not a day goes by without this knife. I have no idea how it was used by the Inuit considering it was always handy for cooking seals and other sea creatures, but I use it every day. Better than a food processor for me. I use it for slicing vegetables, chopping herbs, slicing pizza and more. I love that it swings in a round bowl (also called a rocking knife) as it works, which makes my job so easy and much safer. This is also the perfect gift.
