Update in 1 month** Cats get used to it in a week and seem to love it. I tried treats/catnip. But it just took time to be honest. They don't like sisal for scratching (no wonder cardboard or carpet are preferred). Also, do not scratch the artificial carpet surface. I think it's more reassuring to lie down. They play with toys and like to curl up on the top perch or around the house. *** Hub directions attached. They are an illustrated guide. I suggest assembling the house first. Several directional holes in the chart do not match the product. So be careful when assembling and don't overtighten the screws in the wooden boards. Assembly took about 30 minutes. The cat gets used to it. Not sure about the stability but due to its location it has support. I'll try the catnip in a few days if you're not interested.
