I finally had time to install this product. Opened the box and pulled out the product & hardware. There was a crack that was the width of the shelf on the backside. The hardware was in a ziplock bag. When I opened it, there was an opened plastic bag and assorted screws that look like the were from another product. Looks to me that someone opened it & repacked it in the ziplock. So the drawer that I got appears to be someone's return that was repackaged and sent out as new. After all that I still installed it since I threw out the packaging and now cannot return it. Seems to work. Just a little wary of putting too much pressure on the drawer and it snapping at the location of the crack. Oh well, you live & learn.
