I am very disappointed with this product. The waterproof top appears to be of excellent quality, but it ripped at the seam on one side when I pulled it over the mattress. I haven't even washed it yet so I know I didn't do anything to ruin it. Now I'm afraid to wash it because I know it will be useless afterwards. I'm on a tight budget and have spent so much time looking for a quality mattress topper for my baby. It's very frustrating to spend $18 on something I can't return because the original packaging was thrown away. EDIT: The company contacted me after seeing my review and sent me another one. This is a good quality mattress topper but runs small on my standard size crib mattress. I would look elsewhere.
