Review on Callback Tracker by Brendan Thorpe

This software has been working great - even if I'm not paying attention! There isn’t much one can say about this program as it does exactly what we hoped from day 1 – keep track of our callbacks (and phone calls).

They have recently added SMS alerts which works really well too since sometimes people forget or just don' t get right away when someone texts/calls back so now at least those reminders are there in case things go awry :- ). No issues here but maybe some features could be improved like more integrations into various apps etc.. If anyone using another CRM system please do give these guys feedback via their website because honestly none other than "What did YOU think? :) ".
