I can't tell you how much I love these cut sheets of parchment. They are amazing! And I have to say that I will never buy baking paper rolls again. I'm done trying to play around with parchment paper that keeps curling up no matter what you do and trying to push it down with your hands, elbows, cookbooks and paperweights. Did I mention how nice it is to just pull out the parchment? a nice piece of FLAT parchment paper that has no will of its own? That's great! I use them, among other things, to rise sourdough in Dutch Oven 500 degrees. Thank you for reading.
