I use a lot of parchment paper. Buns are more economical and I use them for a lot of things, but these sheets come in very handy for cookies and bread. I also love to cook with unbleached foods, especially butter.

no. Not next to my food. Not in the heat of the oven. Maybe lay out a confectionery gift box, but I do NOT want to preheat the oven (which I think defeats the purpose of parchment paper). I sent this paper back and am still looking for paper made in the USA. How hard does it have to be?

Just what I needed. As a former pastry chef, I've always been spoiled by sheets of parchment in the kitchen. When I closed my shop and ran out of paper, I quickly realized how much I hate paper rolls. Came to Amazon to find what I needed and was very happy with it. Will order more - won't go out again!

I love the convenience of pre-cut sheets and the packaging makes them easy to store and serve individually. My only complaint is that they let too much moisture through. The food doesn't stick, but the pan is still so dirty it needs cleaning. In the past I've used commercial sheet pans, which were twice the size and had to be cut in half to fit on baking sheets at home. I rarely had the same problem with them.

Perfect size for baking. The parchment I bought from the supermarket is too wide, curls because it's folded, and is generally difficult to work with. This parchment is flat, not curled, so there is no curl. So it's easier to handle. Only criticism is that the packaging is so flimsy that I had to throw it away. The sheets are simply in a drawer under my baking sheets. It's ok but not perfect.

Good parchment - non-stick coating . It seems a bit flimsy BUT I've had NO issues with multiple bakes so it won't stop me from buying it again. I am very happy with them. It comes in a dispenser box* - love it - it's handy - I used a utility knife to cut through the top layer on the cut out (very neatly - didn't want to risk cutting down to the paper) after I got this made - it was so easy to push out the "donor hole".
