Good but insufficient assembly parts

I gave it 5 stars for the looks and the construction seems solid enough. Two stars for no mounting hardware or instructions. There are only two mounting holes soldered to the device when there should be four. My walls are stucco and lathe and I don't know how it's going to hold up. Once filled it gets heavier, and I've dropped several shelves from holes right out of the walls. It will not be easy to keep and install safely. The manufacturer should have thought about the design.
