Disclaimer: I'm not the best when it comes to routers, but I'll give you some insight. (see pictures) 1. Milling table is optional. The material must be at least 1 inch thick. The router must be a variable speed router.2. Reduce router speed to 8000-10000 RPM3. This beat will play on your patience. Start with your fence's barley showing a little. If you drive through it, it should chop down the tree. Run it at least 2 times. Move the fence back in very small increments (I mean noticeable stye) and repeat for 2 passes. Again, 30-40 passes are required to achieve the desired result. This beat leaves a nice profile but is very unforgiving. He will eat and chew the material, rendering it useless. I also recommend practicing on a piece of scrap metal first.
