Damn, where do I start. We ordered two of these target bow and arrow sets because they were highly rated on Amazon. I ordered them a week before Christmas and opted for one day delivery so I could have them by Christmas Eve so we could get them ready for Christmas morning. Luckily they arrived REALLY on time and we were so happy to get them ready for the kids. Around 10pm when the boys were asleep we started collecting the presents and when my husband was sorting them into pieces we found that all the stickers in the first box were crumpled - he commented that it was pretty ridiculous that they are not. Take the time to just lay them out. He had no idea that this would be the least of our problems. He sets up the first disc and applies the decals, then gets to work on the bow, only to find that all the screws are missing and the bow cannot be assembled. . At this point we're both very upset - that was the only present both boys really wanted for Christmas. We press and start collecting the 2nd target and the bow. This box has the screws needed to make the bow and get it working but this box is missing all the stickers. error and sends another arc. It worked and they were fine but it was such a shame we paid for a product that clearly had NO quality control. Fast forward to my interaction with the company. I wrote to them on Christmas Eve with all my emotions and told them how disappointed I was. They responded quickly (December 26) but showed no remorse for their company's mistake. Even a simple "We're sorry about what happened and we'll do our best to make things right." They basically asked what parts were missing, I told them that (again) and then they wrote one Texting and asking to tell them how the parts were marked on the parts page so I sent them photos of the parts we were missing then they asked to send me the part numbers so I told them to look at the pictures , because they were 18 numbers and letters and included in the pictures. and finally, a week later, stickers and screws appeared. BUT DON'T YOU KNOW that the stickers were wrinkled and bent like the first ones. A day later one of the stupid bows broke in half so we bought them a wooden set (which you can also find on Amazon. It comes in a two pack with rubber tipped arrows) and they are MUCH happier and the product is much better. The ONLY reason I didn't return the set is that although the decals were in crappy shape and the bow was poor quality and missing parts, the targets are really great and the boys love using them with their new, best bows and arrows to use .
