I can't tell you they're made from a special high specification aluminum alloy machined to aerospace tolerances or that the anodizing process is state of the art. I will say they look about the same as any other end caps you may see for sale. They are light, fit perfectly and are an attractive shade of orange that suits my KTM. If you somehow feel better about spending 3-5 times more on "official" accessories or "race" parts, you can do it. But I've bought them three times for different bikes and none have had any functional or cosmetic issues.
